Transformers : Dark Of The Moon Special Screening + Let's Go Port Klang Tomorrow!

Hi all,

Last night I was TGV KLCC to watch the Special Screening of Transformers : Dark Of The Moon. Seriously, for me.....IT'S THE BEST MOVIE OF THE YEAR! Amazing CG. Really wonder HOW THE HELL they did it. As a designer/ digital artist I was so busy looking at the detail, the reflection, the shadow.. EVERYTHING was so perfect. Let me know if you agree with me after watching it ok? :D

Got the tickets from Maxis cos I designed their "Maxis Movies" promo page + banners. Check it out here.

Few hours before the movie, I did a quick manipulation on the Transformers poster ahha.

My Wacom Bamboo Pen Tablet @wacom

Hi all,

From today onwards, I have my Bamboo Pen to help me with my artwork/ manipulation. Do you know, all this while I've been using Magic Mouse?. With Bamboo Pen, I find it pretty useful when it comes to do illustration + cutting out the photos from the background. Its fast and no lagging at all. You just need to connect it to your Mac or PC via USB and walla! You're done!.

Bamboo pen is a great way to work on your computer. The cordless, battery-free pen gives you an intuitive way to express yourself when navigating, drawing, painting, editing photos, and writing. It can be used for all the softwares + it's works just like your mouse :).

The tablet itself is a 8.5mm thick black rectangle measuring 248mm by 176mm with rounded corners at one end and a flat edge at the other holding the USB cable. The size is just prefect too, as it fits in just fin in my bag and I can use it in the field with no problems.

So is the Bamboo Pen a good choice? I'll say yes it is. If you're looking for reasonable price tablet & do a lot a retouching or image editing, then go and buy one, you won’t be disappointed.

Here's some shots of my Bamboo Pen +  video (from Wacom) to share with you all.

Photo Manipulation : - Me as "Green Lantern" w/ Storyboard -

Hi all,

Latest manipulation : Me as Green Lantern.

Took me total of 5 hours (2-3 hours just to edit my suit). You should see what I was actually wearing ahha. Spent more time to edit it +  learnt few techniques as well while working on it. Up to date, I've done Wolverine, Superman, Cyclops, Mr. Fantastic, IronMan, Another IronMan, HellBoy, Joker, HancookHulk & Avatar but this artwork took the 2nd longest time to edit (Mad Hatter was the longest so far)

Stockphotos will be revealed tomorrow.

PS: Please click on the image to see larger view of the artwork.

Introducing Piolo. It's small + light. (7 photos) @thepiolodotcom

Woot!

Hi all! Hope you all had a great day :). Today, I gonna share with you all on something new that got me excited! ahah. It's very tiny, small, light, colorful & has a name too! It's called "Piolo".

What can it do? ahah. Simple! It helps your iPhone 4 to 'stand' :). Yup, with this you can actually watch movies, see photos, chat with your buddies via factime or even read online magazine without even holding it. It works perfectly for both horizontal and vertical mode of your iPhone 4. Easy to carry (only weight 3.1 grams!) and bring everywhere you go :D.

Choose any color you like (comes in 6 different colors). Perfect as gift or personal use. Last but not least, it cost only £4.00 (That’s appoximately $6 USD and €5 EURO.)

For more info, visit their website : http://thepiolo.com/

Here are some photos taken with my D90 for you to see! I like this AMAZING tiny little thing! Woot!
